“Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always strive to do what is good for each other and for everyone else. Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”
1 Thessalonians 5:15-18 NIV
Thank you for the time you spent reading this devotional, at the end we are going to see the fruit in your life.
Today I want to share the need to pray. First the Bible teaches we never shouldn’t hold a grudge against someone, our heart has to be clean in order to reach out to the throne of God. Then apostol Paul’s order to pray continually. But how should I pray every day if I hardly pray during the day. Very simple, everything has a beginning, same like a baby he will not run without learning to walk. Don’t worry, the Lord is a patient God, He will teach us, and he will accept your short daily prayers mean while you grow and mature. But same as a baby will grow and will lean to run 🏃♂️, God wants us to learn to be in communication with Him at any moment throughout the Holy Spirit. He will put you burden for someone and something at any moment, then you will do a short prayer in your mind.
I red this acrostic for P-R-A-Y
Praise-Repent-Ask and Yield (delight on Him). Let’s start having a good time of quality with the Lord.
